You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at BumplyShop.

Returns – QAR Orders

• Items can be returned via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding outbound shipping charges.
• A QAR 30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after receiving the return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
✔ Unused, unwashed, and unworn
✔ In original packaging with tags attached
✔ Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned in clean condition with all tags attached

Final Sale Items

• Items marked FINAL SALE at checkout or on the product page cannot be returned.
• Underwear is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited to the same gift card.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To return an item, visit our Return Portal for orders placed after May 1, 2024.

Important Notes

• Returns must be processed through our Returns Portal.
• Returns sent without processing through the portal will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.

Refunds – Gift Cards & PayPal

Gift Cards:

• Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card.
• Split payments will be refunded first to the gift card and then to the credit card.

PayPal Orders:

• Refunds for PayPal purchases will be processed within 2-5 business days.
• We cannot process PayPal exchanges—please return the item and place a new order.
• PayPal refunds will be sent to the original PayPal account used for payment.
